        it was an okay stay

        Okay well first off I have to say the rooms were quite comfy and everything was okay I liked the room but the one thing that really really got me mad and was sooooooo annoying was the service and the workers!!!!! Okay we were going to Disneyland the second day we got to Anaheim so the first day we took showers and it was okay but we used up all the towels which was about 5, we left the second day to Disneyland and when we get back that same night they hadn't replaced the new towels didn't take the dirty towels away, but the rest was okay they cleaned our beds and stuff but the towel thing for me was unacceptable seeing as how I love to take baths/showers and so does my family so what I do is call up the service desk to ask them to please bring up some towels if they could so this is exactly what I say "Hi could you please bring up towels your maids didn't leave any and we are all wanting to take showers please" and the guy just says "Okay" and all grumpy too so I don't mind and I just say "Thank you" and he just hangs up!! Yeah hangs up that wasn't so bad then like 10 minutes later he comes up with the towels and only like 3 might I add! And when I open I say "Thank you sooo much we needed this" and he didn't even say anything he just THREW them at me and left I literally stood there standing on the very same spot looking very confused as to if that really happened oh gosh it was a horrible thing! Very rude customer service! Okay so anyway the third day we went to California Adventures and left the old towels hanging and when we got back that same night AGAIN they didn't replace the towels!!!!!!!! I had to call up for more towels it was getting sooooooooo annoying and unerving I wanted to say something mean to the poor guy but I stopped myself! Gosh it was a horrible experience AND the breakfast was horrible the only good thing about this hotel was the room itself includng the bed,tv, refrigerator, the ac, and the bathroom was okay as well but the costumer service was horrible you want to go to a hotel that actually treats you with respect and shows you common courtesy!!!!
