Buyer beware!!!!
Purchased a refrigerator at transit rd location, salesman gave me the pitch to purchase a extended warranty, $129.00n if you never use it they will refund you your money after 5 years. Went to claim my money and was told I should have received a booklet and a claim form to make this request for (50 percent of my money returned) This NEVER HAPPENED! I was never told only 50 percent, Never received any booklet / claim form. Now when asked for any of my money returned they inform me there is nothing they can do!!!!!!
Shop around, many other companies would be happy to do business with you!

TERRIBLE service techs, terrible management, terrible cust service, terrible delivery...TERRIBLE EVERYTHING!!!! Save yourself the hassle and go to sears, lowes, or home depot!!!
I bought a brand new fridge and had problems from DAY 1!! Customer service is extremely rude, i had 4 service techs in my home that could not solve any problems, delivery guys scratched up my brand new door....cant wait to see them sink!!!!!

Terrible service techs, terrible delivery workers, terrible customer service. We purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator brand new about 10 months ago. Orville's service techs have been out 3 times and haven't been able to fix it, each time blaming the guy that came before them for not knowing what he was doing. Parts took several weeks to come in, and the attitude from the woman in their service department was rude and inpatient. Ultimately I needed to go to the manufacturer to have repairs done because Orville's wasn't able to handle it themselves. Also, when delivering the units their deliverymen broke our stairs coming in, banging the refrigerator around carelessly.

This is the LAST appliance I'll ever buy from this place, and I'll make sure everyone I know who plans on buying anything from here hears my experiences first.

Communication for delivery is not ample or efficient. A call provided at 7:30 am electronically, was not ample communication for us to drive one hour for an 8 am to 10 am delivery. A call(s) the night before would be sensible for everyone. Trouble shooting with staff results in chaos. Our delivery was cancelled when we endeavored to trouble shoot, without telling us that it was being cancelled. We sat waiting for them, unaware that they had cancelled. The delivery truck was re-routed when we phoned again. Staff providing delivery was not reasonably polite, literally gave the silent treatment with no greeting upon arrival, hostile (apparent because they got re-routed). Orvilles needs to hire a communications expert to coordinate better communications in every facet. We have made purchases previously and picked up appliances at the warehouse. Those transactions were good. Never a problem. Delivery, however, makes for an unpleasant transaction.

The Amelia Drive location - we purchased an entire household of appliances- had a problem shortly after they were delivered, went to the store and were treated terribly by employees-including and mostly "Bob" the store manager, rude, insulting and the people at their corporate office are equally as unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend Orville's.
Anywhere will be better than Orville's.
These people are nasty, unprofessional, rude and do not know the products they sell.

"Just say NO" to Orville's. Horrible customer service and poor quality technical assistance. Their repair technician accidentally severed the power cord to our refrigerator and hid his mistake. He just twisted the wires back together with no electrical tape and a wire nut that was too large and fell off. The result? A meltdown a few months later which caused the appliance to fail. Stay away from these guys. There are so many good companies out there that stand by their work.

Purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator and gas range. Prices were the best I could find and selection is vast. Delivery was quick and professional. Absolutely no problems. Would highly recommend to anyone.
