Digis is the worst internet provider in Utah , and with providers like Comcast out there competing for this distinction, this is quite a statement. The speed of the service is slow, but more than this, the customer service is terrible. The agents are not empowered, and you have to wait 30 minutes or longer for the pleasure of getting screwed by them. At least with Comcast you get decent speeds and don't have to wait on hold very long to talk to incompetent agents.
