My experience with the finance lady was terrible in American Fork. The lady hung up on me while I tried to ask about the billing statement I received. I paid my $20 co-pay before seeing counselor, then they billed me said I owed $10 or $15 for each session. Seeing PhD counselor was more expensive than other regular counselors. I was confused about the charges, so I called in AF office. The lady who was in charge of finance was nice in the beginning. She did not answer my questions, instead, she asked me to go down to the office, so I could take a good look of the payments and charges. I told her I just want to know why each session (40 minutes in my case) was charge differently. Why I need to pay $30-$35 co-pay, instead of $20. ( at other counseling center, I paid $20 each time.) In stead of answering me, she just hung up while I was talking. I was shocked for the poor service I received and the rudeness she performed. Not recommend this center. If you are going, than make sure to ask about the fee before you sign the agreement.
