I give one star because I can't give none. Here is a list from my 2 years...



Moved in and instantly realized the microwave didn't work...didn't even power on. 6 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR "REPAIR" AND FINALLY, A NEW ONE.



Twice in the middle of summer my air conditioning went out. SPENT DAYS IN 80 DEGREE MINIMUM TEMPERATURES.



Water gets shut off without prior warning AT LEAST several times a month. If you like clean clothes or showers when you come home and are all sweaty etc...live here at your own risk. Hot water fan? Good luck! Half the time there isn't any. I have even left the water running for 30 minutes with no success before! Even if there is, it fluctuates several times per minute so you spend your entire shower jumping and twisting the knob.



Garbage disposal stopped turning on in the fall despite nearly never being used. After four times of "fixing it" I gave up on them.



BYOB - buy your own bulbs ...if you want light



Rude staff that give you attitude just for asking (nicely) for things to get fixed...for weeks with no help.



Paid rent on time, called manager for verification that everything looked good, she said yes, 10 days later I get a notice that I still owe some money.



They sealed their drop box with no warning and made us pay online. At the end of the payment process we got a confirmation page, no email. No email that there was a problem either. Went in to the office for a package and to fill out exit paperwork on two separate occasions, no one said a word about a rent issue. 11 days later they tell me to pay an extra $200 in late fees despite no prior notice. Corporate office didn't do a thing either. Also to use the online system be prepared to spend an extra $20 on 'service' fees IN ADDITION TO RENT for no confirmation of problems.



Most recently I was getting my mail from the apartment office and I passed a couple looking to move in. I asked to confirm this and told them that they would regret it. The office left a note on my door threatening to evict me. They try to blackmail people into silence and freedom of speech should not be disrupted!

Biggest mistake ever.

When we first moved in to the complex everything was great. Cheap rent, friendly staff, decent looking grounds, etc… We’ve been here about a year and a half now and it’s been one problem after the other. It started out the first 6 months with the whole complex’s water being shut off five times…FIVE! The fifth time it was off for two days. Pipes keep busting around the complex so they “need to make repairs”. The main boiler has gone out twice. We have no hot/cold water at the moment and we’re told it could be Saturday before we have any water at all (it shut off Wednesday).

Aside from the major water problems we have had problems with people parking in our paid covered parking spot and people blocking us in. The apartment staff nor the onsite peace officer will have anyone towed even though there are signs posted that towing is strictly enforced. There has been a camper parked in the same “free” parking spot for 6 months now and it’s taking up valuable space. We let the office know a month after it had parked there and they have yet to do anything about it.

I put in a service request for our bathroom fan and 2 months later it still hadn’t been fixed. I had to call the corporate office before anyone would do anything about it. One of our neighbors had his microwave go out and didn’t get it replaced for 5 months.

I do not recommend moving into this place unless you like to deal with these kind of problems. We’ll be moving out very soon.
