Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs

I just picked up a watch the quoted amount was 35 but charged 78 for a watch I purchased for 50. When I asked about any warranty I was told since it had been there for 5 months there is no warranty. Who was wearing the watch that should void the warranty? I recommend going somewhere else.

Rip off sent my rolex watch to get the crystal replaced took two weeks they broke the first crystal got my watch back finally and now it leaks avoid this place big rip off

Have been going to them for years for watch batteries and jewelry repair. Fast and friendly service. One extended warranty watch battery died, I took it in, they saw the number inside the watch and put on a new one $0 charge.

Fast Fix sized my new wedding bands and tightened a prong along with a few other things, all for much less than the other jewelry stores in the same mall. Plus, they did it in 45 minutes. The other stores wanted my rings for a week. I could not be happier with the service and care I received.

Go to another place, they will try to hustle you. In these tough economic times, who needs to get taken??

Fast fix is the best place for watch and jewelry fixes. They are always honest and reasonably priced. If you think their overpriced, then 1. your cheap go to the flea market where they'll really screw your jewelry or watches. 2. your thinking or the kiosk place on the lower level. They rip you off and lie to you. my friend went there by mistake and they told her her watch was broken and needed repairs and gave this price of $55. She then went to fast fix and they charged her $9.99 because it was just the battery that was bad... the kiosks are rip offs!!!

This place will rip you off big time. Don't go there, they will way overcharge you. Might as well burn your money if you go there. Just avoid.
