Box and Wrap

This is my second terrible experience with them. Terrible customer service. Sent email after email, left message after message, everything went unanswered. I ordered boxes from them which I needed for a specific time. About a week later I received an email that the color I chose is not in stock. I picked a different color. 2 days later they finally answered my email to tell me it's not in stock either. Since then I've left about ten phone messages and emails - no answer. Now I'm late for my event. I ended up ordering from a different company and paying for overnight shipping.

Great value for my money! I would highly recommend!

I will give this place a 0 rating because their customer service is unbelievably terrible. I have left message upon message and no one will return my call. I am going on 2 months waiting for my boxes for an in stock item and every email i get says one more week. One more week. They take your money but give you no product in return. Find someone else. Not worth your time at all. It is terrible because they had exactly what I needed and spent $150 for their product. Terrible, terrible, terrible!
