Carnation US Coach Tours

WHO would use this company???? They apparently have no problem hiring people who have been convicted of violent felonies to be their drivers!!! I know this to be a fact. Was planning on using them for a group tour, but after learning this fact on top of the other awful reviews I have read, NO THANKS!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My son's Boy Scout troop booked a tour from Ohio to Yellowstone National Park. The bus arrived in poor repair, for example duct tape was holding a side mirror together and some tires appeared very low on tread. During the course of the trip, there was a flat tire, which resulted in members of the Troop having to call around to find a replacement. The next day the bus crashed into the median of the freeway, injuring members of the troop. Some members went to the hospital and the troop had to spend the night in a middle school in Montana. One adult member ended up with broken vertebrae and will be in recovery for months. There were issues with a bus driver not wanting to listen when he was going to the wrong destination and another driver not wanting to take a break to sleep, but finally relented when the adult leaders insisted he take a break. The replacement bus, after the accident, was 3 hours late to pick up the troop. The boys missed a couple of their scheduled events due to the lost time with this company - flat tire, accident, wrong destination. And to top everything else, the bus ran out of gas on the trip home. Once again, our troop was responsible for finding gas - with people using their personal AAA membership to get gas brought to the bus. One of the driver's admitted he had not driven passengers in over 28 years and also admitted to not even being an employee of the company. This was a terrible experience for my son and I would NOT recommend this company.

I also went on the red eye to new York city in November and the trip was fantastic. We arrived earlier than expected and arrived home right on time. I loved the classic style bus, reminds me of the good old days but was surprised it was a newer bus, I didn't know they still make them like that any more. The diver said that the bus we were on was just used in a Nike commercial in September. Really cool! I will definitely be booking with them again!

I would give this company a zero if that was an option. We took a red-eye bus trip to NYC in a bus that was very well likely from the 80s, without air or heat. The bus also didn't even go above 50 mph! So needless to say, the 7 hour bus trip turned into 13 hours! So many people called and complained about this, and the only thing they will do is give everyone a $25 gift certificate for another trip...like any of use want to do business with them again! WORST Customer Service and trip ever! So not worth the money

This company should be ashamed of what they did to my family yesterday! This company send us a bus with no air conditioning the day after the hottest day of the year. My family is from the city of Alliance and wanted to keep the money in Alliance and boy did it turn out to bite us in the rear. We chartered a bus for 47 people to go to a Cleveland Indians game for my grandfathers 75th birthday and this company had the nerve to do this. We had a two year old on the bus who was vomiting from the heat, we had older people on the bus that don't do well in heat, we had to call a taxi and pay $200 for the two year old to get home which was an hour away just so he didn't have to ride on that bus with no air. If this company doesn't give my family a full refund on our bus ride they ought to be ashamed of themselves! i would not recommend this company to anyone, oh and by the way the aren't the cheapest out there.
