Euro Marble & Granite Corp

Had a kitchen counter installed. The counter did not fit over the sink so they pushed the sink to one side leaving a gap on the other side. Also the edges of the granite were very dull. They came back and removed the counter at the sink and tried cutting off the edge leaving a ragged seam that looked horrible. They also tried rubbing polish on the dull edges which rubbed off after one cleaning. Eventually the entire counter was replaced (after withholding money) . The new counter is now sticking out beyond the wall and doesn't line up correctly. The counter does fit over the sink much better and some of the edges are now polished but one of the edges has several scratches . They just don't seem to be able to do quality work. When they fix one thing the ruin another. I would NEVER deal with them again.

They installed a cracked piece of granite on the island of our new construction home. We called them to come and fix the problem, to which they agreed. When they installed the new piece it was too large, so instead of coming back again with a slab of the proper size they installed the piece with a 1 1/2" overhang on one side and a 4" overhang on the other. Their quality control is very poor.

We are getting a bathroom worth of granite. We had to go to the Allentown store to get the granite we wanted (not near where we live). My wife had to drive back up there to pick up the thresholds we needed before the rest of the granite. One of the thresholds broke in half in the parking lot of Euro Granite shortly after it was loaded in my wife's car. Euro Granite is refusing to supply another piece without charge. I could understand this if we brought it home and it was a day or two later but this was in their parking lot within minutes of loading it in our car. We even spoke to the "owner" who flatly refused to compromise at all. Now we are left having to use them for the rest of the project or forfeit our deposit. I would go back to a more a granite company we previously used which had warranties. Not happy at all. I am spending enough on this bathroom to nickel and dimed.
