HORRIBLE! I brought my kids to get their nails polished and the service was AWFUL. The nail technician threw a fit when my daughter asked him to add another coat of polish. He assumed that because she is a child she wouldn't care how the coats looked. I had to tell him to do it properly otherwise we'd leave. He kept shaking his head and was so rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Only reason I gave a 1 is because it wouldn't let me post.

This place by far is one of the best nail salons around. My friend took me to Classy Nails and Spa a few months ago to get my nails done and I left very happy. I always get gel nails that last 2 weeks sometimes even more. I hate paying money on my nails and have them chip a few days later. I dont normally write reviews but ive been impressed with my long lasting nails I thought id give back!

Terrible! Jenny did my nails and a little less than 2 weeks in, my Nexgen nails are cracked n falling apart. They were short staffed when I went and Jenny was rushing through my manicure... Should have known better.

WOW! I just had the best spa date with my mom and sister today. The salon was very clean and bright, and my mom was quite pleased that everything was sterilized well. They were very attentive, yet fast working. The manicurists did not rush their work with us. So we really appreciated that. The cost was very reasonable. I was very impressed with the quality for the value and the kind service they provided. I most definitely will be able to treat my mom out more with these awesome prices!

I normally get my nails done at another location here in Allen. However, they were closed today. After driving to another nail spot that happened to be also closed, I came across Hawaiian Nail Bar. I decided to try it out. First impression of the lady sitting at the front desk was not a pleasant. She was curt & dry & seemed as if she didn't want to be there. Not friendly at all. A nail tech rudely points for me to "sit" and ignores me when I say hello. She proceeds to do my nails in silence, which is fine with me but the whole aura of this place was just unpleasant. Once she finishes, she walks away & proceeds to start on another person's pedicure. Just like that! No thank you no nothing. Never tried to complete the process by putting my hands under a light or in front of a fan so they could dry properly. My manicure was ruined by the time I walked out when I tried to reach for my keys in my purse, even though I sat there for awhile fanning my hands in the air. I wish I would not have tipped this young lady & needless to say, I will NEVER be back!! They're pricier than other nail shops too. When customers can sense you hate your job, it makes for bad business.

I have been to several places in the city since I've moved and they have have all been good but this place easily tops them all. Not only is it super close to where I live but it is very well kept and maintained. I went in without an appointment and they squeezed me in within 10 minutes. A nice lady did my nails and she was very sweet. I usually don't really pay attention to what they are doing but I kept noticing her taking very precise attention to each finger. Even going back after they were finished and touched something up I didn't even see. Highly recommend this place.

They are all about how much money they can make..NO customer satisfaction when they make a mistake. They want to charge you the full price for their mess up. I would check the BBB on this business! Poor Management and very rude! Will never step foot in this place again!!

Got a Full Set done today and they came out horrible. I had acrylic on my skin, my nails are not smooth and it took the lady almost 2 hours to complete my nails. Very disappointed.

Love love Sabrina star nails, the ladies are nice they do a beautiful job every time I go. There's no wait time, it's a nice place to relax. Please stop by over half my coworkers does. Also it's very convenient

Started out great, however I believe the staff is over worked and the owner is a jerk. Twice I've attempted to get my nails done. They're supposed to be open until 10 pm. I showed up one evening at 8, & they wouldn't take me because they claimed they didn't do nexgen past a certain time. I then come At 9 pm for a pedi and their open sign was lit. They still wouldn't take me. They claimed they were closed yet their business hours indicate they're open til 10 & their open sign was lit. I asked to speak to the owner & I was provided a number. The minute I pointed out their flaws (overworked employees & false advertisement regarding hours), she claimed she was going to call the cops! Really??? Don't go! The employees hate their job & they give crummy service be of it.
