Founded in 1996 by Stephanie Laylon and Art Quinion, Phoenix Planning is a small, woman owned business, conceived to meet the needs of clients who are tired of being "just another job". We provide the personal attention of the principals. This intimate relationship ensures quality, prompt attention, and adherence to program, budget and schedule. Our clients' deadlines and building needs matter to us. Phoenix Planning provides full service architectural, cost estimating, and planning services for both public and private sector clients. The principals are experienced in municipal, commercial, recreational, healthcare, industrial, institutional, educational, and military projects. We are adept at special programming techniques which give all participants the opportunity to be heard. Our philosophy is that the project's success lies in the complete interaction of the owners, design team, community, and the users. The end result is an original, workable composition of ideas, not a stock, canned product.
