AT&T Store

Walked in to this store at 9:05 on Sat morning and we were greeted by the salesman by him asking us why we were there so early on a sat morning, we must have gotten drunk the night before and broke our phone. He was very unprofessional and very impolite. He then told us that his boss had him working mornings all week and well he don't do mornings. He spoke to us like we were 2 year olds. My daughter and I will never go back to this Att store and do business there! Very disappointed.....

I initially posted a very negative review of my service here, as I had a very long wait time and was otherwise inconvenienced. However, I was recently contacted by someone through AT&T regarding a review I shared with them, and I explained all of the problems I had. Since this location is a third-party dealer, it will take time for them to implement the solutions, but this is a huge step in the right direction just to know they are keeping feedback in mind. I now have more hope for the company.
