Fusion Tanning Studios (Palm Beach Tan)

Ever since palm Beach has switched from Fusion Tanning the service is horrible. Blue are always out at the Alcoa store half the time the beds don't come on they have to be reset and now all of the sudden the mystic booths are having issues. I have been a member here for 3 years and the service I've got the past 6 months has been terrible. Looks like it's time to find me a new salon.

This place will rip you off anyway they can.Even their employees are crooks! They must get incentives to ripoff customers.To make a long story short,I was a customer who went in to cancel a membership with no contract I might add. The employee recommended I "freeze the account just to be sure for three months then if I still wanted to all I had to do is come back in. Okay two months later I decided I really did not want to keep it at all so I went in a month early to cancel. I was then told that I could "unfreeze" but the moment I "unfroze" the account it would automatically charge my bank for another month . Their forms do not inform you of this by the way. If hat wasn't bad enough the moment you cancel, you may not use the facilitys. Also ,when I canceled the account I was told that you had to cancel 30 days prior to your billing or they would charge your account. Which means you must cancel on the day you are billed for the previous month you wish to cancel ,exactly for them not to charge you for a month you will not get to use. It is complicated ,but just remember you will get burned. No pun intended haha!!!

I called your tanning salon and was trreated wrong... I had been discussing what to get my girlfriend for christmas with her , and she simply said just buy me a tanning bed package. So I agreeed to do so ,and when i called I spoke with a lady named Terry, she was so rude to me and said if i wanted a price i would have to come in and get it, as i proceeded to ask her a question she hung up on me... I was also gonna buy a package for her sister, and her best friend and. So I guess terry needs to work on her people skills, and try to be more understanding.. I have a bad back and im not able to just hop in my car and come down and check you guys out, im basically stuck at home with my back problem..

If some one cost my company money like three or four hundred dollars like terry did I think she would be hitting the road trying to find a job where people dont care about thier customers, she should be fired and banned from your store.. Im sorry that things happend like they did, but her actions where totally unacceptable, inexcusable, and deffinately not appriciated...
