        Overall

        Took in a wheel and tire for a mount and balance, not rocket surgery, they scratched and gouged the rim with the mounting machine. A few light scratches would have been OK (most of the shops are sloppy) but this was sheer neglect. I suggest you ask what kind of mounting machine a shop has (Nomar) and if someone can use it. No excuse for bad workmanship for such a simple task.
