Pediatric and Special Care

I had been using Mr Belfon for nearly 3 years and I believe myself to be an extremely patient on understanding person. I have 3 children in which all have seen him and have hence been to his office many times. At first, the only issue I had with his office was that the wait was extremely long, even if I arrived 30 before my appointment time, the wait was a minunum of 2 hours, I have actually waited for over 4 hours at one time to find out that my child appliance didn?t fit or was ?missing? again (this has happened over 5 times). My children and I have overheard Mr. Belfon speak rudely to patients as well as constantly degrading his office staff. In my experience I have actually had to wait over 5 months for a credit to my account for an overcharge of one of my childrens procedures,
