When I called the young lady was very friendly and helpful. When the carpets were cleaned, he came in , got to work, made my carpet look brand new. As much was possible, he was professional , friendly, and he called me to see if he could start early. If I wasn’t so slow he would have gotten it done way earlier than he did.
