I had both engineered hardwoods and ceramic tile installed by Floorscapes and they did a great job on the hardwoods. The ceramic tile installers placed about 5 identical tiles side by side resulting in an obvious pattern that that should have been random. I called Colin at Floorscapes and without any hesitation, he sent the installers back out a few days later to pull up the tiles in question and replace them with new tiles in a random pattern. He purchased additional tiles at no cost to me. I found Colin and all the staff at Floorscapes accommodating and they had a great selection of products. I found a tile at another store and Floorscapes special ordered it for me, beating the competitor's price by about 25%.
