Monarch Apartments

Very friendly eager to please owner- very crummy apartments. These apartments are old and it would take some major upgrades to make them good. The owner does a lot of the maintenance himself- and the results just aren't good. Go and see your unit, and closely inspect it, before accepting. Dirt was a problem, peeling paint, mildewy smell, and tight parking. You get what you pay for here.
