Kevin P. Maney, Esq. was admitted to practice law in 1982. He and Madeleine Maney Kennedy are cousins. He is the nephew of Stephen A. Maney and grandnephew of Edward N. Scheiberling. He is a graduate of Albany Law School, LeMoyne College, and Albany Academy. He concentrates his practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, Real Property, Elder Law, and General Law. He is a member of the Albany County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the LaSalle School Foundation. He is married to Judith Knapp. Madeleine Maney Kennedy, Esq. was admitted to practice law in 1985. She is the daughter of Stephen A. Maney, granddaughter of Edward G. Rogan and grandneice of Edward N. Scheiberling. She is a graduate of Albany Law School, State University of New York at Albany, and the Academy of the Holy Names. She concentrates her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration, Elder Law, Real Estate and Vehicle and Traffic Law. She was an Assistant Corporation Counsel for The City of Albany from 1985 to 1990. She is a member and past president of the Albany County Bar Association, a member of the New York State Bar Association and past member of the NYSBA House of Delegates. She is married to Daniel T. Kennedy and mother of Joseph, Theresa and Anne Kennedy.
