        SLUMLORDS, DONT FIX ANYTHING AND ASAF IS THE RUDEST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON AT ALL AND THEY IMPOST THEIR OWN FEES WHENEVER THAT ARENT LEGAL HAD BED BUGS AT 69 TRINITY PLACE AND DIDNT EVEN TELL THE BUILDING HORRIBLE BEWARE
