I own several properties throughout Albany County.

Ampersand Enterprises has replaced windows, siding, ceilings, kitchens and roofing at my (8) unit property in Delmar. All work was done in a professional manner, and they provided all necessary insurances and safety systems to protect my tenants.

At my personal residence in Albany, Ampersand Enterprises installed custom made wood replacement windows that exactly replicate other windows in the house.

From timely performance to meticulous cleanup, this company exceeded my expectations. There were a couple of changes to the original contract price, but it was obvious that the additional work required to complete the job properly had to be done, and could not be identified in the initial quote (i.e. rotted wood, electrical wiring inside the walls, etc.).

I have recommended them to my friends and family, and all have been equally pleased with this company's performance.
