If you all want to read my 100% real opinion from a patient, Go to Yelp and search up their dental office. To some it all up people, please don't go here. They're very rough and painful. I am not sensitive at all. In fact I can take pain, so if something actually hurts me. It's the real deal. The dentist never works on you she has her hygienists/assistants work on you. I found out it is illegal to have an assistant work on you when there is no dentist present. I got water all over my eyes and face and down my neck, I got my gums cut up many times and choked and swallowed disgusting water bc they don't suck it up with the tube. I've gotten stabbed in the lip and tongue and the lady even rested her arm on my forehead my I couldn't even see. The staff is low key rude every time I go which Is stupid bc I'm actually real nice and an easy pleaser. I can't tolerate this anymore. My mom said I should report it but I'm not gonna go that far.

We had to dentists due to insurance. Appointment was at 230. We sat in the waiting room until 330 when I walked out. The ladies at the front are wonderful but with 2 young children this is not the place to go. I have no problem waiting but to wait over an hour and then possibly another hour for my son to be seen? Not for a dentist. I wouldn't wait that long for a doctor. The dentist is way overbooked.

We went to have our teeth cleaned. We get to the front desk and they have a basket full of brownies that they sell to the customers. I had to have a filling on both sides. The dentist wanted to fill both sides in the same day. I will not be returning.

Dr.Howard and her entire staff is amazing!! I had an emergency of 2 broken teeth my husband called her office and was told to come in immediately, walking into that office was such a calm feeling felt like walking into a friends warm home, and being greeted with a smile from a very pleasant receptionist helped me so much since I in no shape or form have ever liked going to a dentist and still at my age if 63 I will admit this!!! After today this has all changed I so wish there was more dentist like her with a staff like she has, all I can say is everyone who spoke to me had a smile and took the time to ask how are you doing each step of the way, ok I might have lost 6 teeth not 2 but this is because of the fear I had for so many years, if only I had this experience many years ago!!! Would I recommend you to go here omg yesssss !!!!! I want to thank Dr. Howard and the entire staff...

Dentist herself great. My experience with this office not good. Last minute appointment changes, standing outside waiting for doors to open over 10 minutes on one occasion, not returning phone calls with needed information. I went elsewhere.

Dr. Howard is wonderful! The office is clean and comfortable, the staff are always very attentive, and the price is a lot lower than most dentist offices in the city that I'd been to in the past. I had come to her after years of not seeing a dentist, so I needed emergency extractions done during both visits. Not only was she very sensitive to managing pain during the extractions, but she was mindful of it during the cleaning I had done as well. And best of all, I needed almost no pain medication once I got home because she did such a marvelous job in the office. She is by far one of the best, if not the best, dentist in Albany.

I've enjoyed my experience with Dr. Howard over the past four years. My family and I have always been treated wonderfully by both her and her staff. She is very gentle and caring. Prices are not outrageous as some of the other offices are. Sometimes there is a wait for treatment, but when I am seen I am given all her attention. She is a full service dentist. My youngest started at age 3 and I have had root canals, fillings, crowns, and even my wisdom teeth removed. She is wonderful and her staff is very nice. Very update equipment and wonderful atmosphere in the office. Two Thumbs Up.
