Had a wonderful experience all the way around! Room was clean and updated commensurate with the rate charged. The staff and owner were most friendly and the beds were brand new and quite comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again!
This is a nice pleasant place, clean and quiet. They just remodeled and have new beds, which I found very comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating to all needs. I would recommend this motel to anyone
Staff are clean, responsive, inviting, skilled, and professional. Service and congeniality more than make up for any first impressions based on appearance or location of Motel. there are other motels on the strip which this motel is located. Some of the others look more modern or inviting in appearance, but you can't beat the service here.
Had a major breakdown...spent 11 days here. Longer than expected, however the Manager, Anna, made sure my stay was as enjoyable as possible. Rooms very clean, breakfast every morning was fresh. Parking lot well lit. Many food choices well within walking distance. It will be my go-to when I am in Alamagordo.
My reservation was incorrect based on the app schedules I made an error and booked the wrong days for my visit the staff at this hotel was very understanding and went the extra mile to accommodate me and my wife she even discounted my room rate due to my scheduling error I would like to thank her very much
