My experience at Community Connection Thrift Store was unpleasant. While shopping, I needed the restroom. An employee told me there was no public restroom. I am 74 years old, my mobility is impaired, and I walk with a cane. I said it was urgent. She adamantly replied there was none. I asked where the employees go . She said the store has none and the employees go to the warehouse. She lied because I know the building has a restroom. (I went to Dollar Tree. The manager there said the restroom was out of order. When I said it was urgent, she allowed me to use the employees restroom. If she had not done so, I surely would have had an accident. This is the right way to treat customers.) This experience was humiliating. There is no sign stating no public restroom. Customers are not forewarned. Their customer policy of spend money, but no restroom is outrageous. If you might need to use one, go elsewhere. You will receive no consideration regardless of urgency or elderliness.
