They are definitely "the best." After getting four estimates to repair our entrance gate motor, we chose the lowest one--Eddie and Filip. They were honest,
reliable, professional, dependable, prompt--amazing in every respect! They are very knowledgeable and solved a difficult problem with a very clever solution.
Although this required extra hours of labor, they did not charge us, but honored the contract price. Their work is exemplary. They really know what they are doing.

I’ve used best and local a few days ago to replace my broken springs, I called Tuesday at 10 am and they came at 12!!! That was pretty amazing how fast they showed up. They replaced my springs within an hour Eddie was very professional and clean. Very reasonable price I will definitely recommend and use them again if needed.
