Great handmade noodles. Maybe a wait for table and service. All plates have enough good food for a pleasant night out. Close to movies. Try spicy bamboo shoots to get it started. Noodles so good. Make sure to ask for handmade
I guess im still stuck in the past with this south shore restaurant. No longer the big portions of hearty tasty chinese food. I went today and had the mongolion special. You would think it would have sized portions of various types of spicy beef, pork etc. However, it was served vegetarian style it would seem. Slivers of spicy beef with alot of oily vegetables. Enough beef to fill a hungry tad pole.. last time i was there i ordered wor won ton soup. Mostly broth with vegetables. What happened to getting your moneys worth. Prices are higher than most alameda restaurants in this categorie. Better to stick with little joes on encinal.
When I need a quick fix of Chinese food, I send out for Fortune Cookie. Their Sesame beef has just the right amount of zing and mouth watering texture. I always order the Sweet Sour shrimp, and the house fried rice to round out a delicious meal.
