My phone got crushed in a recliner! Moe hooked me up with a brand new version of my Galaxy and a new phone case the next day. I was able to keep everything from my old phone. This is the thrid time I've been back for phone repairs. He has the best prices in Northeast Ohio guaranteed!!!

This man is a JOKE! I dropped my phone off 3 weeks ago and PAID for it to get fixed. I've called him and shown up to the store countless times since then and he doesn't answer and he is never there. I will be calling he authorities.

Two trips to the Verizon store with no resolution ("you can purchase an upgrade!"). It wasn't an easy fix due to Verizon's roadblocks, but Moe made it happen,and even delivered it when it was done. He's a one-man show, so he might not have you done in 20 minutes, but he's dedicated to making it right!

My phone would not accept the charger all of a sudden. My spouse took it all the way to Maple Heights after AT&T gave him the wrong address to their own store. After being told over the phone by AT&T that they could fix it, the story changed once he got to the store. To make a long story short they could not fix my phone (but they could sell me one), and my insurance was/is pointless. We found Getmoe on a whim and I am SOOOOOOO glad we did!! Getmo was able to solve my problem in a lot less time and a lot less money. The owner was able to fit me right in. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Although he was supposed to close at 6, I was worried when he wasn't finished by that time, however he stayed over and I got my phone as he said that same day/night! The price to fix my phone was something I could do and very reasonable. In a nutshell, come here FIRST before you go anywhere else. That's definitely my plan for ALL of my phone needs from here on out!

Getmoe wireless was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of my repair. He took my phone call before opening and was prompt and to the point answering the questions I had relating to my repair needs. The store is well put together and organized and the service is second to none. My repair was handled in a timely matter, and communication was direct without having to wait for a call back. My repair to my iPhone 6 was extensive, but the bill was small. There is no compromise to the businesses service, I would feel safe recommending my grandmother to stop in for her needs. My 5 month old swiped my phone off of the table & shattered the screen. I immediately Googled places to get a new screen & every single one I called didn't answer or the number was wrong or disconnected. GetMoe was my last resort but should have been my first call! got to the store within a half hour of calling, I had errands to run so I left the phone & we agreed to be back in about an hour. i picked it up an hour later & it was perfect! The price he gave me on the phone is the price I paid,
not a penny more. They even gave me a free tempered glass screen protector which I was thrilled about! I have recommend GetMoe to friends & family & I will be a returning customer.

If you need phone work done, I suggest this business. He helped my mom when she broke her phone more than a standard repair man, and even gave her a phone to borrow until he was sure her problem was fixed. I highly reccomend this gentleman!

What a great experience! I was resigned to having to get a new phone and thus new contract when my Samsung wouldn't take a charge. When I came into the shop, Moe knew right away what was wrong, and in less than 24 hours the problem was fixed. The cost was more than reasonable. But even better was the way that he treated me - he understood my visual problems, and helped me so the problem would not recur. I'm so impressed, and so happy to have my phone back!! This was by far the best repair experience I have had since having a cell phone. He was very quick with service, and answered all my questions. Mo has great customer service and the best prices with great quality. He is a God send! Fixing my phone and I didn't lose any of my contents, unlike other experiences I have had.
