Mr Central is hands down the most courteous and professional company we have dealt with in Augusta. They were on time and had a solution to our problem in a matter of minutes. The thing that blew us away was the fact that they had the part they needed on the truck and we didn't have to wait for them to order it. Total time was an hour and a half. The bill was reasonable and we got a warranty. Don't call anyone else. Highly recommend to anyone!
In January 2009 I purchased a new heat pump sytem from Mr. Central and on October 28, 2011 the compressor started making funny noises. I contacted Mr Central to have the unit checked. The technicain arrived on Monday October 31, 2011 and checked the unit and informed me that the compressor had failed. The service call was $89.00. The technician informed me that to replace the compressor would cost $900.00 even through the compressor was still under warranty. I contacted the owner of Mr Central and told him that I thought $900 was pretty expensive to replace a compressor that was still under warranty. He did not offer a better price unless I signed up for VIP service (at $19.95/month/unit) for my two heat pump units. I told him I did not want the VIP service and he informed me the replacement costs for the compressor would be $900. With no other choice I had the compressor replaced. It took 8 days for a replacement compressor to be ordered and installed. I had to contact Mr Central several times to determine when the compressor would arrive and be installed.
If you are going to do business with Mr Central be ready to pay top dollar for the services.
The only good part of the experience was the technicain was very polite and did an excellent job repalcing and checking out the heat pump.

We provide a one year labor on all new systems.We provide the best service in our area, there is a right way to install a replacement compressor. The process must be followed and that takes 6-8 hrs done right.
This company is the best in aiken we had two others try to fix our unit. We then called mrcentral the techenicn Had to undo what the two others attempted to do first ,within an hour they fixed our problem!
I'm sorry We wasted our time on the first two guy's. Call mrcentral first so that you don't waste your time. There the best and smart too!!!!
The people are great from answering the phone to doing the job we loved them, Great Job
