        Overall

        The best TV Repair around! I called in for a 55 inch Samsung that was shutting off intermittently. A nice lady answered my call and stated the technician would call me back shortly. Within 5 minutes, I received a call from the technician named Alex. He was polite, professional and diagnosed my problem right over the phone. His estimate fro the repair was spot on. He came for a service call and quickly fixed the problem, cleaned the whole set and did not leave a mark behind him. He was super knowledgeable, HONEST and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend to all surrounding neighbors!!!! Thanks Alex for your exceptional service!!!!! Kimberly
