I have never left a negative review for a small business in my life, but this instance warrants such a response. When asked to respond to a legitimate complaint of a customer, the owner (Angela) responded to me with "Agawam Flower Shop doesn't need your business". She urged me to use another flower delivery service for my future flower delivery needs; after this horrible customer service experience, I urge you to do the same. It is simply not worth the risk of doing business with such an unprofessional and rude individual. If you are looking for quality flower arrangements AND adequate customer service, take your business elsewhere in town.
