We enjoy what we do and we know what everyone expects. Delicious baked goods on the healthier side. We use evaporated cane juice as and unbleached flours for our creations. We have artisan breads, sourdough rye, french baguettes, and multigrains. Our variety of extra large cookies are a local favorite, as well as our lemon bars and triple chocolate brownies. Enormous mouth-watering bear claws and fresh fruit patries. Cheesecakes, luscious four layer chocolate cakes, Italian cream cakes, personal size cakes, and fresh fruit pies. Pecan bars, scones, bicotti, and so much more prepared daily during business hours. We use swiss and belgian chocolates for our delicious treats. Fresh croissants every morning. We also have a wood fired brick oven that we bake our pizza in. At over 650 °F and in a few minutes a piping hot, thin crust pizza is ready to be devoured! We offering catering services for small and large events and special orders throughout the week. Inside our bakery, we provide a relaxed atmosphere where you may sit and enjoy yourself. We offer free WIFI as well as serving a fine delicious cup of bean juice from Maine's own Carrabassett Coffee Company. Just off the beaten path, in a 200 years young building...
