These people were just purely unprofessional. Complete lack of knowledge and the foundations to be even called an auto service shop. Repeatedly lied about their actions and pricing. I actually ended up recording them and now taking them to court. Luckily, I was also able to get paperwork from the dealership to prove it as well.
