Lanier Pools

A hole was in our pool and we were losing massive amounts of water. Brooks told us we were a priority due to losing water but did not come out until over a week later. He charged 125 dollars to put a patch on the hole that he did not have faith in, failed to give me instructions on the patch and it didn't even hold for an hour. Brooks failed to call us back and has failed to answer our calls. We would like a refund on the 125 dollars I paid for a patch that did not even slow down the leak. I ended up purchasing some vinyl pool glue and a pool liner sample was given to me and we applied it ourselves over the hole. 30 dollars and we were able to slow down the leak. Brooks is practicing bad business in my opinion and should refund the labor cost for a job that was not effective. He applied the patch before telling me he didn't think it is going to work but you owe me 125. He has lost future business from us and I am greatly disappointed.
