This place is a joke, do not buy a car from here. The service is terrible. I bought a car there and had and issue with it less than a month of having it and they charged me for repairs on an issue that was broken with the car from day one. They charged my down payment wrong by $200 bucks and all they could say was oops. Do not buy a vehicle here the only thing I can guarantee is they will sit u in a nasty dirty room in the back while they all conjugate up front to figure out how to screw u over. The owner keeps saying "everything's gonna be fine we'll take care of it" what a joke 100 additional dollars later

I just purchased my car a 2008 Buick Lucerne on May 27, 2014 and from that day on I have NOT driven my car for a full month. The car was put in the shop at Sterling to have the GPS tracking device from the finance company put on my car. Ever since that device was put on my car, I have had nothing but problems: the gas gauge broken, car wouldn't start from key entry, auto start wouldn't work, lock switches were not functioning, etc. I contacted the owner, Mike to let him know my auto start was not working on the car as well as the gas gauge, switches on my auto locked and some other minor issues. My car came back with a new starter after the mechanic said it needed to be replace, this was on 6/21/14 when it first went into the shop. I got the car back on 6/24/14, no paper work on what was done to repair it was given and not even 30 minutes after picking up my car from getting repaired it shuts off in broad day light during rush hour traffic on I-695. The owner, Mike was very unprofessional when I called him for a tow, he even left it up to his mechanic (who was off duty at the time) to tow my car at the mechanics own expense. The owner Mike told me that the mechanic didn't put together all my wires from installing the starter and that was why my car power shut off, he never addressed the other issues with my car that were not properly fixed. I got my car on 6/24/14 and it went back in the shop that same day. The owner told me he fired the current mechanic for lack of work and a new mechanic would come by 6/27/14 and repair everything. I picked up my car on 6/27/14 in the late afternoon/evening, to which the work was still incomplete. But only this time the check engine light was on and the gas gauge wasn't fixed properly. Mike, the owner told me it may need a O2 sensor. I text'd the owner Mike on 6/28/14 notifying him of the problem, he said he would call me on 6/30/14 and actually come to get my car to take it back to the shop and have it repaired. That NEVER happened. I called the office 3 times to speak to him with no luck. The secretaries even lied about where he was, after I called with a different name he was available. Finally I had to take my car back to the shop myself on 7/1/14 and it was ready on 7/4/14 at 11:15am. The owner text'd me. I picked up my car on 7/5/14 and everything seemed fine. On 7/11/14 I noticed the gas gauge was still reading wrong so I notified the owner who said he would order a fuel tank sending unit and put it in. On that same day, my car over heated and the engine shut off on me.

I notified the owner, who responded to my text asking ME to tow it myself to his shop and he could no longer do anymore loaners. The fact that his shop inconvenience me you would think I would have the best accommodation, but I didn't. The owner even had the former mechanic, whom he told me he fired call my phone that same day to come and help figure out why my car over heated. I told the mechanic he is no longer a employee and this does not involve him. I spoke to Dave, the Manager at Sterling who arranged their tow truck, that never came that day. They had me wait until 9pm before calling me to let me know it would pick up my car on 7/12/14 the next day. I got a text from the owner, Mike saying the same. On 7/12/14, my car was never picked up. I called the owner multiple times, who rejected my call, so I text'd him. He was rude, nasty and unprofessional. Not trying to correct this issue at all. He told me the tow would be there at 10am, 11am, noon....and so on. I ended up having to tow the car myself with my own insurance. Fortunately, DAVE the manager paid for the additional fee for towing. Mike, the owner was no help. All he was focused on was why I was upset with his staff over HIS unprofessional-ism and lack of customer service. My car is now at the shop waiting to be fixed and I will be filing a Lemon Lawsuit as well as suing the dealership along with this review.

DONT BUY FROM THIS DEALER, HE IS CRUMMY.

Not a great place to get a vehicle. Make sure everything is in writing. If you need them it's very hard to get them to call you back!!
