S&K One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning service is the best that I experienced in years. I had problems for a few years with furnace. This is the second year it has been cold in my mobile home. Last year a company (that I have a contract with) came to check it and said the burner needed to be replace and it had to be ordered. It took over a week before it was replaced. This time when my furnace went out, I decided to look up a different company. I'm very glad I chose your company. From the time I made the phone call, the friendliness from Amber came through and I told her I had no heat and I was freezing. She setup an appointment for the next morning. Luke came to check the furnace and told me the heater ex change was cracked. I decided to get a new furnace if it could be financed. That day Steve came out to let me know the price and setup a finance company. I am pleased that Steve made sure I was comfortable with the payments.On the second day after I signed to have the furnace installed, three men whom were very polite came to take out the old furnace and installed a new one. Later Matt came to pickup my check and went to see how the men were doing with installing the furnace. Everything went well and in a timely manner. I thank this companies team for their excellent and timely manner in getting the work done.
