So I moved into my husband's aunts house just about a year ago and to this date the mail delivery is the worst I've ever encountered. I mailed a regular envelope to my sister in law that's less then 30 mins from my home and it took 2 weeks to get to her. I've had packages go missing and they don't give a damn. We go days without mail because they have multiple drivers on our route. My husband's aunt is disabled and has them deliver the mail to a mail box on her home instead of the cluster boxes. Well some will decide to deliver to the house while other will not. The name of those boxes represents the way this location works. It's a cluster f*ck and they can't get anything right 2 times in a row. This location needs a major rehaul of its employees and retaught how to deliver mail and have customer service. I will be contacting the main post office to have them go into this location and find out why the hell they can't figure out how to deliver mail correctly.

I have tried to get the route carriers to consistently deliver mail to my home but they have decided to not deliver my mail despite my living in my home for the past 13 years. There has never been any directive to stop delivering my mail. The home is not, and never has been up for sale, there are no barriers, gates, fences or anything else to prohibit them doing their job. My name is on the mail box. They make the arbitrary decision to do this!! I do not get mtg stmts, health stmts, utility stmts or other bills but they do bring me the weekly junk mail. The downtown office has been notified 9 times in the past 6 months and still the problem continues. Why do they allow route carriers to make this kind of decision? They should be fired for the arbitrary acts which has caused me endless problems trying to get this fixed. They simply can't, or won't, get this resolved. They are thoughtless dolts who should be held accountable for their senseless acts. The route carriers are jerks!

Has To Be One Of The Worse Location Ever. They Never Answer The Phone And Its Allways Busy If I Had To Rate It, It B A Big Zero

Takes 7-10 days to receive mail in my PO Box???? Not sure why when its in the same building....
