I'm very unhappy with the office staff at Zion Clinic. My daughter was very sick and had an appointment with Dr. Paxton at 11:30 on Tuesday, 11/4/08 - she waited 1 1/2 hours and never saw the doctor. The office staff never informed my daughter that Dr. Paxton had a 'medical emergency' which I can understand, but not to inform her of this????!!! I called and spoke to the receptionist and she stated she did not know if my daughter was informed they were running an hour behind. I spoke to the Office Mgr and she stated that my daughter was told of the hour delay. I spoke with my daughter and she stated she was not informed and had she been, she would have waited. The Office Mgr. had the nerve to more or less call me and my daughter liar's. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone due to the rudeness and uncompassionate attitudes of the office staff.



I almost bet my life on it that had it been one of their children, they would have seen the dr. immediately..... This is what this world has come to......... sick!
