Superior Ford

My family has purchased over a dozen vehicles here and they are always very straightforward about the deal. No pressure, no bs, no aggravation. We won't go anywhere else.

I found a SUV on superior ford's webpage. The salesperson told us that she spoke w/ the manager and with the offered incentives plus my husband's x plan pricing from his job, our 8,000-10,000 down payment andgreat credit, that we would have no problem receiving a note of 350-400/month. 1. they changed the internet price ($3000difference)I had to prove what it was listed for on THEIR webpage and then they left to refigure numbers 2. They did not give us x plan pricing.3.We waited 3HOURSto see what the note would be.(unprofessional)4. My husband had to leave to go to work and the manager became VERYugly with me.He slapped his glasses down on the desk and said"well miss if 350/month is all that you can afford you shouldn't be shopping for this car"(the day before I spoke to superior3x about where we NEEDED the note to be). They ended up offering 505/month.He was rude, loud and interrupted me. It was a VERY intimidating situation. The finance lady was the only professional we dealt with.

Service was great! In and out in no time at all. Very professional staff and comfortable waiting area. I will return to Superior Ford ... Keeping it local! LG

I took a vehicle there for service and was told the computer or wiring could be bad 2-3 k in costs but nothing definitive. I complained to the service manager and then to the floor manager. I was told to take my business elsewhere. Well I did, 10 minutes later at another dealer and the issue was fixed free of charge. I was lied to, the service manager was rude and lied to the floor manager. Told him I called her names which was a lie and he took her side. This place has serious issues.

If you value your vehicle dont get it serviced at this place. I took my mustang for new tires! They called me and said I needed new brake pads so I told them ok put new brake pads on it. When I got there I paid them and got in my car and started to leave and when I hit the brakes it went all the way to the floor!! I parked the car and went back in. The service manager went and drove the car around the lot came back and said they would look at it. After waiting forever i went back and tested it again...worse... the abs light came on and now it was worse. The service manager had his female employee drive it and I could tell by her face when she got out that she knew something was wrong but she wouldnt look at me and said..you can go..your car is fine. I insisted that it was not so they called the owner out who drove the car around the lot and said this isnt right. I thought ok now they will fix it. I called my husband who left work and came there..drove the car and said...your car is fubar-ed. The service manager and owner and myself and husband sat at a table and had a meeting where we ended up paying another $300 for new calipers. Still didnt work. My husband questioned why we had to pay for something else...but they insisted. The owner and service manager then told my husband "I wouldnt let my wife drive the car like that." To which my husband replied, "Really? But you would lie and let MY wife drive it. When she brought it here the brakes were fine." They refused to fix the car but said I should just buy a new one since it was 5 years old. We ended up having to get a tow truck to get the car and transport it to baton rouge..when the repair shop tried to get it off the truck the brakes failed and it rolled into the middle of college drive. They were able to fix it but this is what they said had happened...When Superior Ford went to change my brakes they failed to open a line which flooded my antilock brake system $2000 and burst my master cylinder...more money...After a week I got my car back and finally drove it...it worked. Superior Ford is the worst place and has the worst people. We filed a complaint with Ford and the Better Business Bureau.

We have sent four trucks to Superior Ford to have diagnostic testing and all four were incorrect causing the customer and our business a great amount of money. TERRIBLE service and rude employees. We would never recommend Superior Ford for any automobile maintainence.
