        We recently moved to a community managed by PMSI and it has been extremely unorganized and unpleasant working with this company. They are unable to answer simple questions. An ARB request or question is never clear or consistent and they truly don't care about residents. We didn't have mail access for months and had to drive to their office multiple times before they actually gave us correct mail keys. The worst part is that all communication was done through neighbors. PMSI never once reached out to us concerning the mail fiasco or anything else. Horrible company...I would not waste my money.

        All of the managers here are v...

        All of the managers here are very professional & very hands on. They always take time out of their busy schedules to answer all of my questions via phone or email. As someone who volunteered to their HOA with no prior experience & much fear, I feel our manager has gone above & beyond the call of duty to make me feel much more comfortable!
