Although this physician appears to be a competent doctor on the surface, he has proven to be near completely clueless in terms of patient courtesy and tact. This doctor does not support drug addiction or alcoholism as a disease in his practice of ,medicine. All you need to do to get one of his patients kicked out of the hospital is contaminate the blood or urine sample of the patient and he'll discharge them without concern for any other underlying problem that might be life threatening. This is as bad as or the same as treating or not treating a patient based on his own personal agenda and is totally unprofessional and dangerous to the health and well-being of those who might be subject to his medical practice, which includes general admission to the HDMC in Joshua Tree, if he is on duty.
