Wheeler Chevrolet Cadillac Mazda

Would not accommodate me after purchasing my Vehicle at their dealership. The service manager would only repeat the same statement over and over and not answer my questions. Never have I been so offended and treated so disrespectfully. After reading the other reviews I guess it's the normal thing by the service manager Eric. What a joke let's treat small town customers like jerks and expect to get return customers. Way to represent GM and turn away customers.

Horrible service an I have never been to a business where they text me i have always been called to notify me about my car..The staff is horrible an will no longer go there.

It's really too bad that a dealership with such excellent sales staff has such a poor service department. I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life! If you take your vehicle here for service expect LONG wait times and condescending service writers. After multiple visits and several hours spent in their service, my vehicle still does not run properly and the service manager is not at all concerned with making it right. I will never step foot in Wheeler Chevrolet again!

I am very unhappy with the decision Wheeler Dealership made by deciding to charge for LABOR on changing a front headlight bulb. In Dec 2011 I called for a factory recall fix and the left head lamp light bulb to be changed. I was told it was a "big - time intensive" job to get to the light buld done. Mind you, Mazda made it impossible to change yourself - authorized dealer only!! I was outraged that Wheeler charged $135 for A LIGHT BULB!!!



Fast foward to Feb, 2012 - Right buld goes out - I took it to Mazda of Oakland. They changed the bulb in 15minutes and charged me just for the bulb - $26!!!! I told them of my experience at another dealer - their response was - "We don't charge for labor on a light buld - it's bad customer service" BINGO - DING DING DING!!!



Never again will I go to Wheeler - Terrible!! Not to mention the older gentleman that answer the phone and intake your car have zero cusotmer service skills and the cashier that took my money expected me to pay the invoice without seeing it or looking at the work that was done - Really?!
