I needed to work out as I had a very stressful sedentary job, but did not want to walk right into a class and feeling lost and overwhelmed. I started working with Beth on an individual basis and she has been very helpful instructing me on how to properly do Pilate's and Yoga. I could see and feel the difference in my stamina and strength in no time. These workouts helped me with my stress level and Beth was great about encouragement and gave me information on body brushing which is very helpful and helps detoxify your body. This was important to me as I am in the process of quitting smoking. Beth has been a great support and assisted me in becoming aware of my body as a whole. For example she noticed that I have a tendency to favor my right side and it is my weakness strength side even though I have always been right handed so we have worked on that in order to achieve proper balance. I can not express how helpful and supportive Beth has been in her instruction. She has taught me to focus and breath. I honestly can not say enough about her support and assistance. It’s nice to have that one-on-one instruction which allows you to discuss while you work and work through whatever might come up.
