Doug has been my go-to carpet guy for about 4 years now. Every time I call him he accommodates my scheduling needs and though he's usually pretty booked, always finds a place for us. He is so kind and professional and has a work ethic made of gold. One time he blew his back out and as miserable as he was he still showed up without a second thought. We rent and have TERRIBLE carpet, so we have him out every three months or so and he works wonders on our carpet. Each time he comes we go a little farther between cleanings. If you need a carpet cleaner in your area, Doug is amazing! He's affordable, too!
