I have used this company for years and i have had some problems with two of the drivers, other then that i have had no trouble. I would recomend it to otgers

I have used this company for years and have never had any problems. If you go through the county they the county makes many mistakes. The drivers are always nice and friendly. The only time I have ever had an issue was when the county made a mistake.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever dealt with. The man in charge,RJ or fitory is very ignorant and rude when it comes to him running a company. They cannot keep a schedule for anything. I am picked up daily by this taxi service and each day they either forget your scheduled time,send drivers late or not at all,the drivers are rude and when asked how long they will be to pick you up when they are late they respond with unprofessional answers or are straight out rude,when speaking to the owner he will belittle,argue,and blame us,his customers in defense of his mistakes,laziness and employees. Customer is NEVER right with this company. Very dissatisfied. Very unreliable. Never would recommend this company to anyone! Shame on them. They need turned in or shut down.

This company cannot make a schedule and stick to it! They have left my mother at the hospital for hours with no ride, or have not even picked her up at all. My mother is a diabetic, dialysis patient and having surgeries to save her foot from complications of her medical problems. I called the man supposedly in charge and he will not even let me talk, he just ran his mouth at me like a child. Thus the reason I'm posting this. You call and set up a schedule for a week... a month at a time and they reply with she is not on my schedule today. If you love your parents or whomever you need transported do not use this company!!! (
