Called a few weeks before my daughter's bridal shower, told them what I needed, found out it was available for my date and said I would call back in a day or two after I spoke to my daughter. Tried calling two days later and for 3 weeks I could not get ahold of them- left several voicemails. Finally went to the address which they were no longer at. Luckily a lady at the business that was at that address knew him and said she would call him. He answered on the first ring and she told him that I was there and had been trying to get ahold of him. She gave me the phone and he told me he had been out of town. Really? For 3 weeks at prime rental time and not answering or returning calls? He assured me the tent and tables were reserved and he would call the Wednesday before the event to set up delivery time. I was so busy preparing for the shower that I didn't realize until late Thursday night that they hadn't called. After initial panic, i checked the weather and since there was no rain forecast and I didn't want to count on them I called around to family and friends and got a couple smAll tents for shade and tables and chairs that I needed. Luckily it turned out great but had there been rain that day my daughters shower would have been ruined.
