The Country Florist Of Yorktown, Inc.

I ordered flowers through Teleflora and 'The Country Florist' is who they used. I received and e-mail stating my flowers were delivered. Yet the recipient never got them. They just received a sticker on the door to arrange another time. Without waiting for the call to arrange a better time the florist shop put the flowers back on the truck the next day to be delivered. The recipient called and said they would not be home today and Saturday delivery would be better. I called 'The Country Florist' to confirm as I kept getting different stories from Teleflora, and right at the beginning of our conversation she seemed extremely annoyed and was very nasty. I was concerned about the flowers being 3 days old carted around in the truck and wanted to find out what happened. She was extremely rude and said the recipient screwed up. Really? She then asked if I wanted to cancel the order, and I said no I needed flowers sent. It got to the point where she said she was rejecting the order and I would have to call Telaflora. This was the WORST experience I have ever dealt with a florist shop, and I would never recommend them or order from them. I called up with a question and got a very bad attitude, and this is inexcusable and very poor customer service.
