        I am with a small nonprofit group. I called Kent Rubber Supply Co. not knowing exactly what I needed or even what was available. After speaking with Brad, I could immediately tell he genuinely cared about my very small and insignificant project. Once I arrived to the shop location, I was pleased to find that the customer service was top-notch from reception, to counter service, to the CAD operator and cutter in the back of the shop. EVERY employee including the owner was genuinely kind and interested in helping me. It was also apparent, by seeing regular customers, that this was not a unique experience for me. Thank you so much to everyone at Kent Rubber Supply! You have a customer for life in me! The drum pads worked out great!
