Integrity Heating & Cooling

So frustrated with Integrity Heating & Cooling located in Worth Illinois, they came out on Saturday May 13 2017 to clean and check out air coniditioner and furnace, and broke the air condition. Air conditioner was working great before technician broke it. I called and spoke with a lady at Integrity Heating & Cooling. Not sure what her name was. I asked for Sonia because that what she said her name was yesterday. No one there by that name. Integrity Heating can't come back until May 19 2017. My husband tried to stop him from bending the pipe behind the unit, but it was too late. My husband watched him break out air conditioner. The guy was recklessly was push unit around and broke our air conditioner. The girl on the phone is not and was not concerned about our problem. Integrity doesn't have any Integrity!! frown emoticon:( I called yesterday and today for a call back from Service Manager or Owner but no call back as of yet. My husband has also called today and yesterday. The girl was very unfriendly, unconcerned, and very cocky. This is not how a customer should be treated. Thanks for letting me vent
