I believe that this practice is fine for patients who have very simple eye issues. For someone like myself, however, who has very sensitive eyes and a complicated high prescription, I was very disappointed. The 1st prescription was wrong and I was getting severe headaches. I saw all 3 doctors and they were abrupt and didn't even introduce themselves to me. One said they were confident they could help, the other said I would need to sacrifice comfort for clarity, and the third contradicted the first two. There was no continuity of care. I told them the vision wasn't right and the response was to get used to it. I suffered for 8 months of headaches until my eyes finally adapted to the new prescription. In the past when I've had headaches, a simple change in prescription solved the problem. The office workers were pleasant and they were good about ordering the contacts for me. These doctors can handle basic non-complicated issues but are not proficient enough or professional enough to listen to the patient and make adjustments as needed. I would avoid this office if you have anything but a very simple straightforward case.
