Pioneer Oil and Propane

Had our oil boiler replaced today. Service was great, clean and organized. Got a great price. Hoping to save big this winter. Thanks, pioneer! Great job!

Nothing is worse than waking up to "What's that smell?" Then finding that your oil tank in your basement is leaking all over the floor. You would think that "24 Hour Emergency Burner Service" means that you can call with this sort of problem and they would come. Not so. At lease not in the summer. Since my day started out at 5:30 with the smell, I put down 4 bags of kitty liter and started dialing. Not until I contacted Pioneer Oil did I get a response to my emergency. Dave told me he would be at my house in 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, his crew followed. The old tank was 5/8 full. They brought in a new tank and transferred the oil. They were thorough and as neat as is possible given it was an oil spill. By 3:30 they were gone and order was restored. (Except for the the junk in the basement was now out in the backyard.) I highly recommend Pioneer Oil for all your oil spills!!

Just started service with Pioneer when I had a problem with my furnace on a 20 degree night. A technician came out at 11pm to trouble shoot the issue and temporarily fix until they could come back the next morning. They arrived first thing the next morning and fixed the problem. Price was also reasonable.

Pioneer is a great company. The service department has always responded to my needs quickly and best of all the service people that have come to my home have been very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I've been dealing with Pioneer Oil for over 11 years now and the Brunell family and their employees have ALWAYS been prompt,curtious,knowlegable, and highly professional. I find it very difficult to believe that they wouldn't respectfully treat any of their customer, in the same manner that I have always been treated. While during my years of purchasing oil and service contracts from Pioneer Oil I have NEVER had to wait any longer than 45 minutes for them to responde to the few issues that I have had with my W/M boiler and Top Preformer indirect fired W/H. My family has always felt that they have ALWAYS gone the EXTRA mile to service and protect my home and my family at a extremely fair market valued price. ok so I called the emergency line for pioneer because while I was sleeping me heat went out, full tank of oil 2 y/o burner, it just stopped working so icalled them. I spoke with a person yes, an answering service who said that they would page the guy on call. Well he called back a few minutes later and asked what happened. It was a little after 5 and he asked if I could wait till 7 and call the co back as they would be able to send someone out right away then, and since he lived in ct he would not be to my house until 7 anyways, sounds to me like he did not want to get out of bed yet. So I said I would call at 7 since if he did not want to be here he was not going to be doing well anyways. So at 7 I call and they already knew i was going to cause they knew who I was when i called. It is now 9 and they just pulled in my driveway. Not very good customer service.

Highly recommended!!! They aren't joking around when they say always there when you call. No automated responses and answering machines you talk to real people who try to get you the best deal on your oil. If you're looking for a kerosene or an oil company that looks out for your best interests try these guys.
